This article provides instructions on how to use the Self Service feature - the ability to install software or update programs on a Windows computer.
Where to Start
Click the arrow icon within the system tray located in the lower right side of your computer screen
Locate the Manage Engine Desktop Central icon and right click
Click the Self Service Portal Option
Click the install button next to the software you’d like to install
If you’re not seeing software that should be published, click the refresh icon in the upper right side of the screen and confirm your last sync date is current.
