Skyward Family Access Support

 
This article provides information on how parents/guardians access Skyward.
 
  • Select this option for immediate response
  • Please click on the above Family and Student Access "Log in here" button.
  • Select the "Forgot your login or password?" link at the bottom of the login box.
  • Please enter your email address. If it matches the email the district has on file, you will be sent an email containing your login and a link that can be used to reset your password.
  • You will receive an email with a link to reset your password
  • Parents and Guardians New to Family Access™
  • The Family Access™ login and password belongs to the parent(s) / guardian(s) of the student.
  • The Family Access Technician can only respond to a request from a parent / guardian for a login and password to Family Access™.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for processing as this is not an automated process, but requires manual intervention and verification.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for processing a support request as this is not an automated process, but requires manual intervention and verification.
    • If you do not receive an email response as expected, please check your spam or junk mail filter.
 
Note: Portions of Family Access are not accessible during schedule changes or at the end of grading periods until schedules and grades are finalized. This means that scheduling information is not available during August until school starts.
